The Story of India is presented here for a few reasons.
First off, it is a beautiful documentary. Impartial, Impressive.
It opens ones eyes to the History of India. Many Indian ( including myself ) are ignorant of the rich history of India
Is is presented without bias. It is beautifully directed and presented. You can feel the excitement of Michael Wood reach out and touch you through the screen.
It is a bit costly for normal people. This is a sad fact. What I have done here is to re-encode the entire series, episode by episode into a lower quality medium. If you liked the episodes, please buy the DVD from Amazon and show it to your friends.
